Shape shifting is a cool power, but it's more of the limited kind, where your head becomes wolf like when whistling/howling at someone, or you just realize you've been fooled and temporarily look like an ass or sucker, that kind.

The 'injured less' option, especially considering how injuries often never heal themselves in real life but it would be cool to see even if the pain is still there.
